Partnerships
Partnership Opportunities
SENAID works in partnership with organisations that support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Our partnerships focus on strengthening referral pathways, improving access to specialist SEND support, and ensuring families receive timely, needs-led intervention. We work collaboratively while remaining independent and family-centred.

Education
We collaborate with schools, colleges and education services to support children and young people with SEND through:
• EHC needs assessment advice and advocacy
• Support around SEN Support, exclusions and school attendance
• Emotional wellbeing support for families under sustained pressure
Partnerships help ensure concerns are identified early and families are supported before issues escalate.

Healthcare
We work alongside health professionals and services to support families where SEND, mental health and emotional wellbeing intersect. This includes:
• Supporting families to understand and navigate health-related SEND needs
• Coordinating with professionals as part of wider support planning
• Helping reduce gaps between health, education and community services

Community
We partner with community organisations, faith groups and local charities to widen access to SEND support for families who may face additional barriers.
This includes joint delivery of wellbeing programmes, outreach work and culturally responsive support that reflects the communities we serve.

Government
We work constructively with local authorities, Early Help teams and statutory services to:
• Strengthen referral routes into specialist SEND support
• Provide practice-informed insight into lived experience
• Contribute to service development and system improvement
Our role is to complement statutory provision while remaining independent and focused on family voice.
Partner With Us
We believe collaboration works best when it is clear, purposeful and centred on the needs of children and families.
If you are interested in working with SENAID to improve SEND outcomes, referral pathways or early support, we welcome the opportunity to connect.
